Setting Expectations Upfront - Please make sure customer is aware:
There is a required 24 month non-cancelable rmonthly maintenance fee of $49.00 for each active QuickBooks company file. This covers unlimited usage of common readers, training, support, and software upgrades. There is a minimum of one active QuickBooks company per month.
